If you share our ambition for technical perfection and our passion for all things automotive, Faurecia has a career for you. Faurecia, a driving force…for your professional growth.  Our North American Seating Division is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to be based at its Plant in Cleveland, Mississippi. The responsibilities of the Manufacturing Process Engineer is to provide engineering support to the production line efforts within the plant. The main missions of the role are to:  Provide manufacturing engineering support to assigned production unit Provide support to Quality Department and Production Quality Engineer Review processes and procedures on an on-going basis for safety, quality and production efficiency Participate in Hoshin and Continuous Improvement events as assigned Participate as TS and/or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor as assigned Review machine takt times and evaluate capability to meet takt times. Implement corrective actions when takt times not achieved Coordinate with Maintenance to minimize down-time Lead CAT Team activities, as assigned. Document meeting minutes and action plans. Maintain PFMEA and all downstream documents for minor changes Provide input into PFMEA generation for new programs CRCN's - ERC Parts drawing maintenance Provide input into EO meetings 5-S of plant Provide justification of major purchases for Core Group to management. Train appropriate personnel on new processes, process improvements, failsafe features, program changes. Follow procedures and corrective action assignments as required to eliminate or reduce PPM's or improve PPH | ||||
